What It Is: A big event where sales reps get training, motivation, and recognition.
Main Focus: Learning sales skills, hearing motivational talks, and getting awards for top performers.
Why It Matters: Helps reps improve sales, get inspired, and meet other successful reps.
It’s a lot of energy, but not for everyone. Some love it, some find it too intense.
